Biography: An Egyptian actress, was born in Cairo on December 30, 1957, her full name is Afaf Rashad Ahmed. She graduated from the Higher Institute of Music (Conservatoire), and worked in most of her artistic career in television dramas, from her series: Adam and Jamila, O Men of the World, Unite and The Halawani Gate. She married producer and artist Sami El-Adl, then producer Mohamed El-Sobky.
