Overview: Tokhon Kuasa Chilo revolves around Akhilbabu, an aged schoolteacher, and his two students. One of them, Sachin, grows to become a political goon while Putu, the other, remains unemployed. When Sachin tries bullying Akhilbabu into letting him marry his granddaughter, the professor turns to Putu for help.
